2. Services Provided
First Health Labs offers a range of diagnostic testing services. We strive to provide accurate and timely results using state-of-the-art technology and adhering to international standards. The scope of our services is described in detail on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting our office directly. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when scheduling an appointment. Any changes to your appointment should be communicated to us promptly to avoid inconvenience.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for diagnostic services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of your appointment. Any insurance claims or coverage should be verified with your insurance provider.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal and health information. All data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Results and Interpretation
Diagnostic results will be provided to you in a timely manner. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider to interpret and act upon these results. First Health Labs does not offer medical advice or diagnosis; our services are intended to support your healthcare provider in making informed decisions.
7. Liability
While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our diagnostic services, First Health Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on the results provided.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment/test order, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment time/test order. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
The test order shall be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. All refunds will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the wallet or original payment mode. No refund will be made if the appointment is cancelled before 12 hours of the appointment/test order and payment made will be considered as a cancellation fee.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws and the jurisdiction in which First Health Labs operates i.e Telangana State. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
